Lone Star Door Refinishing is growing, and we're looking for a skilled Master Craftsman to join our Houston team. If you take pride in bringing worn wood and iron back to life — and you want steady, year-round work with a company that puts quality first — we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Strip, sand, stain, and seal front doors, garage doors, and entryways
• Refinish wrought iron and metal doors, gates, and railings
• Repair wood rot and damaged trim
• Replace worn thresholds and door sills
• Install and replace weather stripping (bottom, frame, brass, copper, Q-lon)
• Safely remove, transport, and rehang doors on-site
• Protect the customer's home and keep a clean, professional job site

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with door refinishing, staining, and sealing
• Wood rot and trim repair
• Threshold and door sill replacement
• Weather stripping installation
• Wrought iron / metal refinishing (a plus)
• Strong carpentry, sanding, and finishing skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working directly with customers
